Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck Get Married In Las Vegas
Celebrity couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck tied the knot this past weekend in Las Vegas, according to court documents, 18 years after their first romance ended in failure.
The couple got married on Saturday, according to a marriage licence they submitted in Clark County, Nevada, which AFP was able to see.
Jennifer Lopez’s “new name” is listed as Affleck, Jennifer, and Affleck, Benjamin Geza are both mentioned as guests at the wedding.
The pair first met while filming the critically acclaimed movie “Gigli” in 2002.
By courting, postponing their 2003 nuptials, and then announcing their breakup in early 2004, they created a media phenomenon.
Their nickname from their first highly publicised romance, “Bennifer,” erupted the internet when photos of the duo reconciling went viral last year.
Jennifer Lopez, 52, and Ben Affleck, 49, announced their engagement in April.

The 14-year-old twins Max and Emme are the offspring of Jennifer Lopez’s previous unions with the singer Marc Anthony, the dancer Cris Judd, and the actor Ojani Noa.
Ben Affleck and actress Jennifer Garner have three children together: Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Samuel, 10.
