Sonam Kapoor says “Pregnancy is not pretty”

Sonam Kapoor, who is about to welcome her first child with Anand Ahuja, continues to share photos of her pregnancy journey on her Instagram account.

This time, the mom-to-be posted a photo showing off her swollen feet.

The actress will become a mother for the first time in a few weeks.

Sonam took to her Instagram Story on August 4, 2022 to share a photo and noted that pregnancy isn’t always beautiful.

The photo showed the actor had swollen feet and rested his leg on a leg pillow on his bed.

She captioned the video, “Pregnancy ain’t pretty sometimes.”

Sonam got married to businessman Anand Ahuja on May 8, 2018. They announced their pregnancy on Instagram in March 2022 with a maternity photo shoot.

They captioned it: “Four hands. To lift you up the best we can. Two hearts. This will beat in unison with yours, every step of the way.

“A family. Who will shower you with love and support. We look forward to welcoming you.”

Sonam and Anand also enjoyed a “babymoon” in Italy as she entered the third trimester of her pregnancy in June.

A baby shower was also held at their residence in London ahead of their return to Mumbai.

Taking to Instagram on June 18, 2022, Sonam posted photos of herself, her husband and her baby shower guests.

She also gave an overview of the food and venue, among other things. Sonam geotagged the location as Notting Hill.

In the first photo, Sonam Kapoor and Anand posed for the camera in a room.

They laid their heads next to each other and smiled at each other as Sonam kept her hand on her stomach.

The actress also peeked at a table that had a blanket on it that read “Sonam” on it.

The table was laden with flowers in small vases and plates with personalized menus and small pockets on them.

In the photos, several bouquets were also seen kept on a table. Several dishes were also placed on a table in one of the photos.
Sonam also shared candid photos of her guests as they chatted and enjoyed drinks.

Sonam Kapoor was also seen sitting at a table as she looked away from the camera smiling at someone.

Sonam’s guests included Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Sharan Pasricha, Nikhil Mansata and Imran Amed among many others.

Several reports claim that Sonam and Anand will welcome their baby in August.

Sonam recently said she knew Anand would be “the best dad” to their children as she wished for his birthday.

Anand also agreed and said Sonam Kapoor was his “inspiration” and “reason” to learn, grow and improve.

Anand also got a vote of confidence from his father-in-law, Anil Kapoor, who said he was going to be a “phenomenal” father.
